Villkor för användning av Digitalt Innehåll

Genom att godkänna att Musti Group Oy och dess dotterbolag i Sverige (Arken Zoo AB och Zoo Support Scandinavia AB), Finland (Peten Koiratavirke Oy, Musti ja Mirri Oy och premium pet Food Suomi Oy) och Norge (Musti Norge AS) (tillsammans nedan benämnda gemensamt ”Musti”) får återanvända, dela och /eller marknadsföra innehåll publicerat av dig på sociala medier (”Digitalt Innehåll”), accepterar du följande villkor (”Villkor”) i samband med marknadsföring av vårt varumärke och våra produkter. Sådan återanvändning av Digitalt Innehåll ger Musti möjlighet att dela bilder från våra kunders användning av våra produkter i deras dagliga liv med sina husdjur.

Genom att lägga till en hashtag #yesvetzoo i en bild eller video som du postar på sociala medier, och därefter godkänner vår förfrågan att använda ditt Digitala Innehåll, upplåter du till Musti att, utan att erlägga royalty, en icke-exklusiv, icke-begränsad rätt att tillsvidare använda, ändra, återanvända och dela ditt Digitala Innehåll på det sätt som Musti anser lämpligt, för marknadsföring på olika plattformar. Rätten innefattar, men är inte begränsad till, användning och publicering av ditt Digitala Innehåll på Facebook, X, Youtube och alla Mustis webbplatser såväl som i Mustis marknadsföring genom exempelvis nyhetsbrev och email.

Du intygar att du äger, är skaparen av och/eller kontrollerar rättigheterna till det Digitala Innehåll som Musti delar samt att ditt Digitala Innehåll inte strider mot lag eller innebär intrång i tredje mans rättigheter. Om du inte är skapare av det Digitala Innehållet, bekräftar du att personen som skapat eller producerat det Digitala Innehållet ger sin tillåtelse till Musti att använda det Digitala Innehållet. Om du är under 18 år intygar du att du har vårdnadshavares samtycke för att upplåta rätten till det Digitala Innehållet till Musti enligt Villkoren.

Musti har inga krav på att utge ersättning till skaparen av det Digitala Innehållet, och är heller inte, efter publicering av Musti, ansvarigt för andras än Mustis användning av det Digitala Innehållet.

Genom att upplåta en rätt för Musti att använda ditt Digitala Innehåll, accepterar du Villkoren samt ger Musti rätt att tillsvidare använda ditt Digitala Innehåll, även för de fall du väljer att ta bort #yesvetzoo eller ditt Digitala Innehåll. Om du önskar att Musti ska ta bort det Digitala Innehållet från någon kanal eller plattform, eller om du har några frågor, är du välkommen att kontakta info@vetzoo.se.

Svensk rätt ska tillämpas på dessa villkor och, om inte en överenskommelse kan nås, ska en eventuell tvist avgöras i Stockholms tingsrätt.

Terms and Conditions for repurposing of your Digital Content

By approving that Musti Group Nordic Oy and its subsidiaries in Sweden (Arken Zoo AB and Zoo Support Scandinavia AB), Finland (Peten Koiratarvike  Oy, Musti ja Mirri Oy and premium pet Food Suomi Oy) and Norway (Musti Norge AS) (all legal entities jointly referred to as “Musti”)  may repurpose, share and/or promote social media content created by you (“Digital Content”), you accept the following terms and conditions in concurrence with the promotion of our brand and products.  Such repurpose allows Musti to show our products in the real life of the pet animals of our customers.

By adding a hashtag #yesvetzoo in a picture or video /complete with tag detail/, and confirm to us upon request that we may use your Digital Content, you agree to grant Musti a royalty-free, non-exclusive world-wide right to modify, use, reproduce and distribute your Digital Content, in any manner that Musti consider appropriate, for all marketing and promotion purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and on the Musti webpages as well as in Musti documentation such as marketing newsletters and emails.

You confirm that you own, are the creator of, and/or control the rights to the Digital Content shared and that the content does not violate any legal rights of a third party or any law. If you are not the creator of the Digital Content, you confirm that the person who produced or owns it, agrees to give Musti the permission to use the Digital Content. If you are under 18 years old, you guarantee that you have your parents’ consent.

Musti is under no obligation to offer any payment to the author of the Digital Content, nor is it responsible for the use of the Digital Content by others outside of Musti once repurposed.

By confirming that Musti may use your Digital Content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and grant Musti the right to use your Digital Content until further notice, even if you later remove the #yesvetzoo or your Digital Content. If you wish Musti to remove your Digital Content, or if you have any other queries, please contact us here info@vetzoo.se.

The laws of Sweden apply to this agreement and the district court of Stockholm shall have jurisdiction if, in the case of a dispute, an amicable settlement cannot be reached.
